Horde returns with a new digipak version of 'Hellig Usvart'
On the 19th May 2008 (Europe) / 8th July 2008 (USA) Metal Mind Metal Mind will release a remastered version of the 1994 album by Horde ? a Christian black metal project of Australian musician Jayson Sherlock, formerly of Mortification and Paramaecium.
?Hellig Usvart? pioneered the previously unheard genre of "Christian black metal? (sometimes referred to as "HUBM" for "Holy UnBlack Metal"). The album is parody of the Norwegian satanic black metal scene as it twists common black metal phrases into a Christian ideal. The message of the album is generally the destruction and rejection of Satan, in favor of God. The album was unavailable for a long time and since its initial release sought by many! New digipak edition includes 3 bonus tracks recorded live during Horde?s one and only ever live show (Oslo, 2006)! Limited to numerated 2000 copies, digitally remastered using 24-Bit process on golden disc.
