Green Carnation ? this Norwegian band has created songs from both progressive rock and progressive metal genres. The band?s music was continuously losing its heaviness with each release - from straight forward death metal, doom metal/progressive metal, to a more hard rock-sounding form of progressive rock and in 2006 went as far as to an entirely acoustic album.

Metal Mind Productions presents a remastered recording of the band?s great show in Kraków in January 2004. The tracklist of ?Alive And Well? In Kraków? features a great variety of songs, including the first part of the album "Light of Day, Day of Darkness" and the highlights of the "A Blessing in Disguise"! Digipak edition is limited to 1000 copies. Release date is scheduled for 19th October in Europe and 26st January 2010 in USA (via MVD).
